Look What I Found For Ingrown Toe Nails

Well, my research on the ingrown toe nail so far has paid off.

I found a book that meets even my strict criteria - it is written by a trusted person, Glen Copeland, who works in both the U.S. and north of the border in Canada. Not only does he deal with foot problems for ordinary folk, but the ingrown toenails of sport teams (like the Toronto Blue Jays) have benefited from his knowledge and experience.

It has plain, yet factual information on the problem of ingrown toe nails and has a whole range of treatments and cures.

So, give it a look see. You can preview a number of pages of the book. Check out The Good Foot Book

The Ingrown Toe Nail

Ingrown toe nails are a "pain" if not dealt with in a timely manner. At least this is my personal experience. And ingrowns make happy feet, well, uh, ... painful.

So I have decided to find out all I can about "ingrowns" so I can help myself and help others to regain their happy feet. Thus, this blog was born.

So, let's introduce ourselves - my name is Mary, and I have had ingrown toe nails since I was 10 years old. I don't prescribe because I'm not medically trained. But I am really good at finding great information and sharing it. And I'm always on the lookout for great and accurate info, so stay tuned. Check back often. Finding info is what I do well in life.

We also want to have some fun. Let's start by elevating the lowly foot to the position of "happy" (in spite of ingrown toe nails, nail fungus, hammer toes, etc.). Hold that thought!

I invite you to introduce yourself and share your experiences and knowledge on the topic of the ingrown toe nail. what you know on the subject.

Happy Feet!

Mary
